Special Order & Shipping Policy
- Clients must ensure that the item(s), notes, and quantities on their order are correct before finalizing the order.
- After 48 hours, production may begin and the order cannot be edited/canceled.
- In case any changes are required, additional fees may apply depending on the item(s) and the factory.
- Customers acknowledge that there may be a ±10% color variation on specially ordered fabrics used on upholstered goods.
- The Istanbul Furniture team will do their best to handle processing times and deliver goods within the promised time frame, but cannot be held liable for customs, port, or government-related delays.
- Due to circumstances beyond our control, a 25% U.S. customs charge, along with applicable fees, will be added to the total sales order for clients who make purchases on or after November 1, 2025. All customers purchasing from our company will be liable for these fees and charges.
- All clients who customize their order must sign Special Order Policy PDF via email.
- All clients must follow our special order policy, shipping policy and refund policy as stated on our website.
