Use the prequalification tool to check if you’re likely to be approved — without affecting your credit score.

If prequalified, you’ll instantly receive a code that you can use to complete your full application and purchase.

You can apply in several ways:

- Submit your application securely on the Synchrony website.

- Apply with the help of an Istanbul Furniture associate or through your own device in-store.

- In some cases, applications can be completed by calling Synchrony. Customer service numbers:

Provide the required details (such as name, address, income, and Social Security Number or ITIN).

If applying in-store, you may be asked for two forms of ID (such as a driver’s license or passport).

Check your application carefully before submitting. Depending on how you applied, you may sign digitally, in-store, or through a secure link sent to your device.

Approved: You’ll receive an approval code to use at Istanbul Furniture and can start shopping immediately.

Pending: Synchrony may request additional information or verification, and in some cases, you may need to contact the bank directly to complete the process.

Declined: If not approved, you’ll receive a letter within 7–10 days explaining the reason.

• You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident (or territory resident) to apply.
